Girls Run the Field Camp

Now presenting our first ever Immersive and empowering soccer camp run by an all female staff for female soccer players of all ages.

This all encompassing camp will provide our female athletes the opportunities to develop soccer specific skills while simultaneously encouraging a sense of empowerment. Throughout this experience female athletes will build relationships through sisterhood, will expand on lifelong leadership skills, and will practice mindfulness to promote positive mental health. The fun but challenging activities planned will enhance and develop the elite female athlete and leader.

We focus on player improvement in three main areas: physical, mental and social; while deliberately infusing fun and balance into the learning process for every girl to elevate her game to the next level. Overall, we aim to support the well-being and positive self-image of female athletes everywhere.

  • Speed training
  • Mindfulness practice
  • College soccer pathway
  • Sports nutrition
